I served these when the Saint's won the Superbowl.  They probably weren't the only reason the Saints won, but I'm sure they helped.

• Ritz crackers

• Cheddar cheese

• Insta-Gator Ranch brand cajun alligator sausage

Slice thin the sausage, saute in a frying pan until golden brown.

Stack all the ingredients and pop them in your mouth.

When company comes over, I add a toothpick with an olive, or even a cocktail onion!

Make sure you hid a few for yourself.  My neighbor, Thibodeaux, from across the bayou, came over with his family to watch the Saints win and they ate all my Gator Bites!
